How do I make a purchase?

    www.youzo.co.uk and enjoy our fully secure on-line shopping system.
     
  2. By Telephone
    Call free on 0800 756 5630, our lines are open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm.
     
  3. By Fax
    Call 0844 736 5271 to fax through your completed order form with your payment details.
     
  4. By Post
    Please send your completed order form enclosing a cheque made payable to C&G Retail, with your cheque guarantee card details written on the reverse to:

Please allow up to 7 working days for all cheque payments to clear.  Please also remember to include the standard delivery cost of £5.95, otherwise there may be a delay in processing your order. Now you can sit back, relax and wait for your new purchases to arrive!

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Simple answer is No. However, we would prefer you did to enable you enjoy a better shopping experience and allows you to easily order again!

Can I pre-order a product?

Yes, if an item is on pre-order, it will cleary state this on the product page and will usually give you a 'due in by' date for these products. For the most up to date stock enquiries please call our team on 0800 756 5630. Pre-ordering products ensures that the stock we do get is dispatched to you straight away.

How do I track an order?

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Our stock availability is checked and updated 3 times a week on our site to ensure your informed correctly, however, during busy periods there may be a delay in stock numbers. If an order is placed and the item is later found to be out of stock we will write to you to advise you of this. You will then be given the option to;

  1. Order an alternative product
  2. Pre-Order
  3. Cancel the order.
What payment methods does Youzo accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, including American Express. We also offer Paypal as alternative method. No surcharge is levied, regardless of your choice of payment method.

Is online payment with Youzo secure?

Yes, Youzo use the latest technology to ensure the secure processing of your payment and details. No card details are stored on our servers and no member of staff can obtain your details as they are secured with our third party payment provider (either Protx (Sage Pay) or Paypal and you are fully protected from any fradulent purchases.

Your safety is guaranteed because Youzo.co.uk uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. Our third party payment provider (Protx (Sage Pay) or Paypal) utilise the latest 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on their  secure server, which means that no card details are stored on our servers and no member of staff can obtain your details.

After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by:

  • the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and
  • a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.

Youzo.co.uk complies with the following schemes:

In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card for a purchase at Youzo.co.uk, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Youzo.co.uk will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own.

Do you deliver to BFPO Addresses?

We accept orders to all BFPO addresses which are charged at our current UK Standard Delivery rate. There are some restrictions regarding which products can be sent but we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to BFPO website.

How will I know when you have received my order?

A email will be sent to confirm receipt of your order.

How long will my order take to arrive and how will it be shipped?

In stock items are generally despatched from our warehouse within 2 working days and is sent via Royal Mail which takes a further 3-7 working days. However, you must allow up to 28 days for delivery. We dispatch orders normally on regular working days throughout the festive season.

During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, but especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery. If for any reason there's a major delay with the expected delivery time, we'll contact you and explain the situation.

Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.

Do you offer corporate rates on large orders?

How do I make a complain?

We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly. If you feel you have a complaint you wish to make please e-mail us at info@youzo.co.uk or call our Customer Service team on 0844 88 44 919.

We have a simple returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will respond within 24 hours either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.

What is your Christmas returns policy?

Unwanted Christmas presents? Worried that you're not going to able to send stuff back after Christmas? Worry not.

If you purchase something from our site for Christmas and the gift is unwanted, you can send the product back to us for a refund as long as the product is unopened and in perfect condition*. You must advise our customer service team before the 15th Jan and we must receive it back in our warehouse before the end of the month. Recipients can send their gifts back directly and we can offer them a Youzo.co.uk gift voucher matching the value of the initial purchase.

This applies to any order purchased between the 15th of October and the 25th of December, which falls outside the normal 7 day guarantee.

*perfect condition means just that.
