However, our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase - the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you have simply changed your mind you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your order, for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

Products should be returned to Youzo.co.uk with their original packaging. No returns can be accepted without an RMA number, or after 7 working days after the day of delivery.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item.
We politely remind you, that you will be expected to pay the return postage costs.

Youzo.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge incurred in delivering the returned product will also be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. Youzo will pass onto the customer any courier charges incurred through both delayed and failed delivery attempts. A 20% re-delivery/stocking charge will apply to orders where our courier or postal company have made attempts to deliver without succcess.
